Understanding Menopause and Perimenopause

Natural Alternative Treatment For Menopause

The British Menopause Society, the NHS and the North American Menopause society have recognised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and hypnotherapy as effective natural therapies that help women going through menopause.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to treating menopause symptoms. The general rule is to choose the safest, most effective approach for you. Women can take a combination approach (HRT and therapy), a fully natural approach (herbal supplements, lifestyle changes, and therapy), or a fully medical approach (HRT and antidepressants).

Therefore, a one-size-fits-all programme may not work for you. By working with me on an individual basis, I can provide a focus on your specific needs, the one-to-one programme offers a personalised approach to supporting you during your perimenopause and menopause journey.

Menopause Awareness Training (organisation/Community)

Menopause Awareness Training educates participants about menopause, menopause management, how to mitigate the negative impact of menopause, and how organisations can support staff going through menopause.
